Services   First and foremost our policy is to not alarm our clients about potential mold problems. MTSO will determine if you have a problem, what is causing it, and how to resolve it. We are located in Portland, Oregon and serve Oregon and Vancouver, Washington.   Inspection & Testing for Mold Visual inspection of premises (inside & outside) to evaluate mold problem. Attic Crawlspace Interior spaces for potential moisture problems Exterior for gutter, downspout, windows, foundation problems Moisture meter surveys for elevated moisture content Humidity and temperature surveys Samples collected and cultured for fungal analysis. 2 Air Samples (1 inside & 1 outside for comparison) or Direct sample using bio-slide, swab or bulk methods Additional air samples as needed or requested by client Samples sent overnight to our preferred lab, Environmental Microbiology Laboratory, Inc. (EMLab). EMLab is accredited by the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) EMLAP program for environmental microbiology. EMLab is recognized as one of the leading commercial indoor air quality testing laboratories in North America with over 30 years experience in mold testing and bio-aerosol analysis. EMLab report identifying mold furnished to client. MTSO report containing inspection results, analysis of EMLab report and recommendations. Post-remediation clearance testing after cleanup. Includes inspection of remediation area and air sampling to determine if cleanup successful. MTSO does not perform remediation/clean-up of mold contamination. It is our policy to have no financial interest in the discovery of mold or the results of any remediation. MTSO's only interest is helping our clients resolve indoor air quality concerns. More >
