Hello, I’m Garrett Dayfield, owner and operator of Mold Testing Services of Oregon (MTSO). Growing up in Northeast Portland as a second-generation mold inspector, I’m proud to continue the legacy my father began in 2002, when MTSO became one of Portland’s pioneering companies to specialize in residential mold inspection and testing. I joined MTSO in 2005, assisting with inspections and daily operations, and took over ownership in 2012.

As a locally rooted business, we’re committed to providing comprehensive and cost-effective mold inspection and testing services. With thousands of projects completed across the Portland Metro area, we bring extensive knowledge and experience to every inspection.
